Energy is the foundation for all aspects of our existence. For decades I have developed my interest in getting to the bottom of patterns that seem hard to shift. I offer my skills in tracking the energy patterns connected to emotional, mental, relational and health issues, and I am eager to teach others to optimize their own energy fields.

As in all of my work, I engage with my own Higher Self team and consult with yours.
